TERMS OF SERVICE
(Please read my Terms of Service carefully before commissioning me!)
IMPORTANT:
➤ I will only accept clips and not VODS as raw footage
➤ I have the right to be able to use the finished product as part of my portfolio/advertisement
➤ Crediting me is optional, but I would very much appreciate it if you do!
Payment & Refunds:
➤ Payments are done by initial 50% deposit, I will only start on the commission once half of the payment is received. After the commission is done, the other half must be paid. I will not give you the file/s to your commission until the payment is paid in full
➤ All payments are US Dollars (USD)
➤ Payments made will include a 3% invoice fee
➤ NO REFUNDS will be made once the project has started
Revisions:
➤ You are allowed to ask for 3 Revisions, an additional fee of $10 USD will be added if you exceed the limit
➤ Minor revisions (typos, grammatical errors, and small editing mistakes) will not be charged
➤ Please make sure to compile all of the needed revisions to be made, to avoid any complications
Delivery:
➤ Delivery can vary from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the edit
➤ If you have a specified deadline for your video to be edited, I will make sure to meet the intended date
➤ For rush projects, I will be charging an additional fee (50%) and will have it delivered in 3 days
Communication:
➤ Work-related communications will be through Discord or Twitter/X
➤ I will provide updates throughout the editing process and would greatly appreciate your input and criticism!
